On the one hand, the goal is to ensure that the state of Hesse remains an attractive location for HTA alumni to conduct research and to develop and produce artistic work; and, on the other hand, to generate creative impulses for the degree programs, for local theaters, and for artists in the regional independent scene. With its focus on \u201cartistic research,\u201d the programme is explicitly aimed at forward-looking projects and working methods that are difficult to carry out within existing theater structures. <\/p>\n<p>Five scholarships are awarded annually for the development of projects that can be defined as artistic research and thus also reflect the forms and formats of their research, presentation, and documentation.
