Rıza Efe Reis (Turkey)
Rıza Efe Reis is an Istanbul-based theatre maker working across directing, writing, and multimedia performance. He is a co-founder of Reka Kolektif, a devised theatre collective focusing on politically engaged, youth-driven, and critical work. His academic projects engage with contemporary performance theory, with a particular interest in new materialist approaches and the entanglements of media, body, and perception. His recent works have been presented at festivals including the Istanbul Theatre Festival, Istanbul Fringe, and Basel JugendKulturFestival.
